On monday the 11th of september, the room six kids cooked up an attractive experience. Along the way they had obstacles that they had to get around like getting the moose in the fridge at the right time. Also cooking everything precise.
For them to get the food precise they had to mix the cream until it turns into it turns into a cream consistency not a butter consistenty.Next the white egg yolk to a fluffy consistency. Then next they had to melt the chocolate chips in hot water on a stove. Once the had finished that proges they mixed all the ingredients and sugar. They put the chocolate mousse into cups and put them into the fridge. Once that had set for one hour they took it out of the fridge and put cream on top it and then put it back in the fridge for another hour.
The customers said they really enjoyed the tarterflet. But the chocolate moose was a bit sweet. When the waitress came in with the dirty dishes most of the cups we’re half full with chocolate moose still in it. They gave me some to try I agree it was really sweet. There was a big chunk of chocolate at the bottom of the cup which tasted like coffee which was really strong.
overall I think it was a pretty great restaurant because of all the laughter.
